Builds customer relationships, supports sales growth, represents the company at industry and academic events, and creates technical content. Collaborates with sales and product teams to communicate customer insights. The role suits an experimental scientist transitioning from academia into a customer-facing commercial position.

Engage prospective and existing customers in technical discussions supporting quantum computing scale-up. Drive application-specific customer success, build relationships across the quantum computing community, represent the company at conferences and trade shows, and communicate customer requirements to product management and R&D. The role combines quantum technology expertise with sales, support, business development, and technical presentations across EMEA.
