Teams at Zuma Restaurants

Lead end-to-end implementation of a new HR and payroll system across six central London restaurants. Serve as primary liaison with the systems provider, manage requests, timelines, and status reporting, ensure teams are trained and adopt best practices, and travel around London to restaurants. One-year contract with possible extension.

Support the Purchasing Department by administering procurement and EPOS databases across global restaurant sites. Perform data entry, verify and correct source documents, transcribe information, troubleshoot system technical issues, generate and interpret system reports, and respond to information requests. Ensure data accuracy and collaborate with restaurant teams.
