Zuma Restaurants – Project & Systems Manager – 1 Year Contract
We have an exciting role for an experienced Project & Systems Manager to join our group of 6 luxury restaurants in Central London.
In early 2019 the company will be implementing a new all encompassing HR and Payroll system across our restaurant group and require someone to lead the project internally pre and post implementation.
The successful Project Manager will act as the main point of contact between our group and the systems provider, handling all requests from both sides in a timely manner. Our group will require regular, structured and concise updates on how the project is going and the timeline we can expect the systems to be live in our restaurants with our teams fully trained on how to use the system from a best practise perspective.
The ideal candidate will have done this exact role for another company in the hospitality industry and specific systems implementation and project management experience is essential. Candidates with extensive experience of Fourth Hospitality will be at a definite advantage however people with other similar systems experience will still be considered.
The role is advertised on 1 year contract role however depending on business needs it could be extended.
Our offices are on Charlotte Street with travel around London to our restaurants.
Skills Required
- Proven project and systems management experience
- Experience leading HR and payroll system implementations (pre- and post-implementation)
- Act as primary point of contact with systems providers / vendor management
- Ability to provide regular, structured, concise project updates and timelines
- Deliver team training and change management for system adoption
- Hospitality industry experience
- Specific experience with Fourth Hospitality (advantage)
- Ability to travel around London to multiple restaurants
