Serves as a showroom customer contact, supports cabinetry designers and sales specialists, completes data entry and administrative tasks, solves problems, and maintains showroom materials. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, mathematics, Microsoft Office, and teamwork skills. Travel is required for training.

Serve as front-line contact: answer phones, greet customers, manage gates and cash drawer, handle mail and paperwork, support inside sales, communicate with yard team, and assist store manager with administrative tasks and projects.

Support account managers by entering quotes and orders, scheduling, communicating with customers/vendors, performing showroom selections and small material take-offs, processing open orders, and providing counter backup.

Manage and grow a $2M+ book of business in building materials by generating new sales, supporting clients at showrooms and jobsites, performing take-offs and jobsite verifications, assembling job packs, coordinating orders, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams. Heavy customer interaction and travel required.
