Liaise between design and manufacturing, run virtual/physical trials, optimize assemblies and processes, estimate material needs and costs, and ensure quality and code compliance while supporting purchasing and production scheduling.

Sell building materials to builders and contractors, growing a self-created account portfolio. Manage projects from estimating to ordering, perform jobsite verifications and material take-offs, attend client meetings, assemble installer job packs, coordinate with inside staff and vendors, and provide exceptional customer service while traveling frequently.

Support account managers by entering quotes and orders, scheduling, communicating with customers/vendors, performing showroom selections and small material take-offs, processing open orders, and providing counter backup.

Provide administrative support to manufacturing operations: monitor inventory transactions, assist procurement and cycle counts, reconcile invoicing and daily deposits, manage material returns, support customer service and sales, coordinate training and events, and maintain store/showroom organization.
