Coordinates cabinetry sales administration, including customer estimates, job files, purchase orders, product ordering, delivery scheduling, payment coordination, and order-status communication. Serves as a showroom customer contact, supports cabinetry designers and sales specialists, completes data entry and administrative tasks, solves problems, and maintains showroom materials. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, mathematics, Microsoft Office, and teamwork skills. Travel is required for training.

Serve as front-line contact: answer phones, greet customers, manage gates and cash drawer, handle mail and paperwork, support inside sales, communicate with yard team, and assist store manager with administrative tasks and projects.

Supports building-materials operations through material return authorizations, vendor coordination, customer and supplier credits, cash and bank reconciliations, inventory activities, receiving, office supply management, mail distribution, showroom organization, customer assistance, sales support, training coordination, and store events. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, accounting knowledge, data entry, PC proficiency, analytical ability, and general math skills.
