Support onboarding, hands-on coaching, process adoption, and continuous improvement across multiple company locations. Reinforce SOPs and learning resources, help employees use systems and workflows effectively, identify gaps between documented processes and actual execution, and build relationships with employees and leaders to improve learning, accountability, and operational consistency.

Supports building-materials operations through material return authorizations, vendor coordination, customer and supplier credits, cash and bank reconciliations, inventory activities, receiving, office supply management, mail distribution, showroom organization, customer assistance, sales support, training coordination, and store events. Requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, accounting knowledge, data entry, PC proficiency, analytical ability, and general math skills.

Support manufacturing operations by managing inventory transactions, procurement of components and supplies, invoicing and costing reconciliation, cash and bank deposit reconciliations, material returns, office/store maintenance, customer service, and coordination of training and store events under management direction.
