Executive Assistant supporting founders and the C-level team by managing calendars, meeting follow-ups, travel, events, documents, signatures, expenses, office operations, onboarding logistics, and visitors. The role requires fluent Polish and English, strong prioritization, attention to detail, discretion, and comfort using AI tools in a full-time, on-site Warsaw environment.

Technical Account Managers build and customize AI agents, integrate customer systems, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive successful implementations. They manage post-sale engagements, conduct workshops, advise enterprise stakeholders, support platform adoption, automate workflows, collaborate with internal teams, and influence product roadmaps.

Manage and grow an enterprise sales territory in Poland by identifying prospects, developing relationships, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations, educating buyers, demonstrating ROI, and closing consultative sales opportunities. Build pipeline through strategic outbound programs, maintain expertise in Zowie’s AI products and customer experience solutions, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
