Leads end-to-end post-delivery operations, including returns, replacements, warranty claims, warehouse operations, and delivery exceptions. Develops scalable operating strategies, processes, service standards, KPIs, and business cases; improves performance through automation, Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization. Manages third-party logistics vendors, leads cross-functional initiatives, presents recommendations to senior leadership, and develops employees through coaching and succession planning.

Leads customer and content strategy for key B2B customer segments. Uses qualitative and quantitative insights to develop buyer profiles, customer targets, marketing plans, messaging, creative briefs, and segment-based content calendars. Partners with analytics, creative, merchandising, and senior leadership teams to drive customer growth, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. Manages at least one individual contributor and oversees strategic content execution across channels and the website.

Provide technical leadership for foundational platform services: architect, build, and operate distributed cloud-native systems; drive cross-team architecture and standards; mentor engineers; lead incident responses; introduce AI-assisted engineering practices to improve productivity, reliability, and developer experience.
