Gather and document client business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design scalable solutions using Zoho applications. Collaborate with technical teams on workflow design, gap analysis, solution architecture, implementation, UAT, training, and post-implementation support. Serve as the primary client contact while maintaining process, configuration, and use-case documentation.

Serve as the primary client contact from onboarding through post-implementation support. Build long-term relationships, understand client needs, resolve queries and escalations, coordinate Zoho onboarding and project delivery, and collaborate with sales, implementation, and support teams. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while managing communications and priorities across multiple clients.

Develops and maintains custom Zoho applications, including CRM, Creator, and Books. Designs Deluge scripts, automates workflows, migrates data, and integrates Zoho with third-party systems through REST APIs and webhooks. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoots and enhances applications, supports upgrades, and documents technical solutions.
