Provides L1/L2 technical support for client IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, wireless systems, surveillance, backups, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, reporting, customer education, and escalation of critical issues. The role supports clients remotely and onsite, performs deployments and recovery exercises, and maintains customer relationships. Occasional travel to client locations is required.

Identifies, engages, and acquires B2B clients for IT solutions through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, webinars, events, and meetings. Builds relationships with decision-makers, presents solutions, coordinates with presales engineers on proposals and technical quotes, manages prospects through the sales funnel, and supports post-sale handover. Maintains CRM data, reports pipeline activity and market trends, and meets monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Supports recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, onboarding, employee documentation, HR records, engagement activities, policy communication, attendance and leave tracking, and general HR coordination. The role maintains confidential information, assists employees with HR queries, coordinates with department heads, and supports HR projects and administrative activities.

Leads and mentors inside sales and client acquisition teams, sets revenue targets, manages lead pipelines, develops acquisition strategies, and monitors conversions. Oversees forecasting, CRM accuracy, reporting, client follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and strategic meetings. Coordinates sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams while improving processes and coaching staff on communication, objection handling, and closing techniques.
