Manage corporate events from client requirements through on-site execution, serving as the primary client liaison and coordinating tasks, resources, subcontractors, procurement, contracts, budgets, estimating, and financial reviews. Support sales and business development, maintain client relationships, and create marketing assets through event photography and video. The role requires hybrid work, weekend and extended event shifts, and occasional extended out-of-state travel.

Serve as client-facing Business Analyst on data and analytics projects: gather and document business and technical requirements, define scope, manage implementation, validate solutions, design and execute test/training, create presentations, and manage project scope, budget, and timeline while coordinating with technical leads and PMs.

Drive new business and strategic account growth for immersive solutions (VR/AR/MR/AI). Prospect, qualify, and own the full sales cycle; translate technical capabilities into business value; collaborate with cross-functional teams to build proposals; manage pipeline and forecasts; represent the company at meetings and events.
