Manage and coordinate US vessel and terminal operations, ensuring regulatory compliance (HAZMAT, shipping), overseeing staff hiring/training, reporting (VDR/ADR, AMS, Port Operations System), SAP signoffs, invoice vetting, and crisis support (medevacs, downed vessels), with specific oversight for Norfolk.

Collect, extract, and analyze shipping/logistics data from systems and regional offices; compile and summarize reports; track sales KPIs and issue pre-alerts; coordinate with local sales and trade teams; perform other tasks assigned by the leader.

Plan, supervise, and coordinate coastal vessel and port operations within the region. Create and update coastal schedules, manage voyage execution, secure berthing and Panama Canal crossings, liaise with partners and local offices, and ensure cost-efficient port operations.
