Manages the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, candidate selection, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Maintains current job descriptions and employee data, supports HR reporting, monitors local labor markets, coordinates regional HR projects, and builds recruitment relationships with universities, technical schools, websites, and labor markets. Requires strong communication, English, confidentiality, organizational, computer, and multitasking skills.

Supports trade pricing, tender management, vessel profitability, commercial target setting, and sales planning. Coordinates pricing with vessel management, assists special pricing and customer service activities, reviews performance analytics, responds to business correspondence, and develops opportunities among existing and prospective clients. Monitors country performance and helps implement marketing and business development strategies across assigned shipping services.

Owns the global HCM and HRIS platforms, including administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, data governance, interface management, compliance, process improvements, and user support. The role ensures accurate employee data, reliable system integrations, efficient HR processes, and effective training for HR teams and employees.
