Develops and expands electronic bill of lading adoption by engaging shippers and consignees, explaining the ZIM e/BL solution, supporting registration and activation, and assisting with basic installations. Maintains customer information, supports route expansion, monitors performance, handles complaints, resolves service issues, coordinates with internal teams and WAVE, and completes tracking and reporting requirements.

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment allocation, collections, account reconciliation, ageing reports, cash flow support, month-end close, audits, and financial record maintenance. The role also supports process improvements, reporting, and finance administration while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Design and optimize safe, efficient stowage plans for container vessels, ensuring compliance with stability, stress, safety, and dangerous-goods requirements. Coordinate execution with terminals, vessel command, and internal marine and network teams. Monitor operational risks, maintain planning records and system updates, and support continuous improvement of global planning procedures.
