The Inside Sales Representative manages the sales cycle for small to medium-sized business accounts, identifies new opportunities, and collaborates across teams to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.

Manage container equipment control and empty repositioning, maintain equipment and depots, update IQSHIP, perform annual inventories, produce logistics and activity reports, manage vessel arrivals/departures, support land-transport commercial queries, handle customer calls/emails, and perform terminal visits for container receipt/delivery.

The Sales Representative will identify and qualify new leads, support business execution and maintain customer relationships to aid business development.
