Lead and execute performance marketing across paid social, app, search and programmatic channels to drive profitable user acquisition and retention. Own targets, budgets, campaign planning, optimisation, creative strategy, experimentation and measurement. Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, design, data, finance and risk to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion and GMV.

Originate and own senior relationships, convert models into scalable playbooks, and iterate strategy based on market learnings.

Lead a team of 3-4 product analysts for Customer Growth and Lifecycle, drive analytics strategy across acquisition to retention, build experimentation capability, create dashboards and frameworks, influence product and commercial decisions, and elevate data-driven decision making tied to unit economics and cohort profitability.

Senior finance leader responsible for reporting, external audit, treasury and cash management, governance and controls. Provides technical IFRS accounting guidance, leads transaction readiness (M&A, fundraising), drives finance systems transformation and automation, and partners with SVP, ExCo and the Board to deliver accurate, timely, decision-useful financial information.

Provide 2nd-line application support and incident investigation for internal business systems; collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to deliver interim solutions, create knowledge-base articles, run SQL data fixes/queries, ensure secure data handling, improve tooling and processes, and participate in technical projects within an agile environment.

Lead technical IFRS accounting, prepare external statutory financial statements, draft technical accounting memos, support audits and regulatory reporting, improve internal controls, assist month-end close, and partner with FP&A, Legal and commercial teams on transactions and projects.
