Lead five product squads developing fintech, payment, credit, AI-powered purchasing, and commerce products. Own product strategy, roadmaps, P&L, KPIs, experimentation, and commercial performance. Manage and mentor five Product Managers while partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Finance, Marketing, and senior leadership. Drive product discovery, delivery, optimization, and Intelligent Commerce initiatives, including agentic purchasing and payment integrations.

Create clear, engaging UX copy for the app and website, partnering with product designers, managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams. Write content for customer journeys, help articles, FAQs, SEO, communications, launches, and campaigns. Use customer insights, data, and testing to improve experiences while maintaining accessibility, consistency, brand voice, and regulatory compliance.

Create and adapt approved campaign creative across static and motion formats for paid social, CRM, and other marketing channels. Produce accurate, on-brand assets using templates, manage multiple briefs, maintain asset libraries and workflows, and ensure work meets platform specifications and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers while maintaining pixel-perfect quality and consistency.

Support business applications and the core platform by provisioning systems, managing incidents, coordinating with suppliers, improving processes, and documenting practices. Build and safely deploy AI-driven workflows and automations, support integrations and data security, conduct testing and release validation, and explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. The role also provides ad hoc technology support in an agile environment.

Lead commercial stewardship of Service Operations: drive operational planning, workforce and supplier strategy, business analysis, commercial modelling, investment appraisal and benefits realisation to improve cost-to-serve, productivity and financial contribution while supporting AI adoption and international growth.

Lead and execute performance marketing across paid social, app, search and programmatic channels to drive profitable user acquisition and retention. Own targets, budgets, campaign planning, optimisation, creative strategy, experimentation and measurement. Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, design, data, finance and risk to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion and GMV.

Build Zilch's external partnership strategy from scratch: identify target partners, create commercial proposals and business cases, structure novel arrangements (embedded finance, co-brands, licensing), and drive deals to live in partnership with Product, Finance, Legal and Compliance. Originate and own senior relationships, convert models into scalable playbooks, and iterate strategy based on market learnings.

Lead a team of 3-4 product analysts for Customer Growth and Lifecycle, drive analytics strategy across acquisition to retention, build experimentation capability, create dashboards and frameworks, influence product and commercial decisions, and elevate data-driven decision making tied to unit economics and cohort profitability.

Senior finance leader responsible for reporting, external audit, treasury and cash management, governance and controls. Provides technical IFRS accounting guidance, leads transaction readiness (M&A, fundraising), drives finance systems transformation and automation, and partners with SVP, ExCo and the Board to deliver accurate, timely, decision-useful financial information.
