Provide broad legal support across commercial agreements, corporate transactions, governance, investor relations, disputes, regulatory matters, and international expansion. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketers while maintaining pixel-perfect quality and consistency.

Support business applications and the core platform by provisioning systems, managing incidents, coordinating with suppliers, improving processes, and documenting practices. Build and safely deploy AI-driven workflows and automations, support integrations and data security, conduct testing and release validation, and explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. The role also provides ad hoc technology support in an agile environment.

Lead commercial stewardship of Service Operations: drive operational planning, workforce and supplier strategy, business analysis, commercial modelling, investment appraisal and benefits realisation to improve cost-to-serve, productivity and financial contribution while supporting AI adoption and international growth.

Lead and execute performance marketing across paid social, app, search and programmatic channels to drive profitable user acquisition and retention. Own targets, budgets, campaign planning, optimisation, creative strategy, experimentation and measurement. Senior finance leader responsible for reporting, external audit, treasury and cash management, governance and controls. Provides technical IFRS accounting guidance, leads transaction readiness (M&A, fundraising), drives finance systems transformation and automation, and partners with SVP, ExCo and the Board to deliver accurate, timely, decision-useful financial information.
