Provide 2nd-line application support and incident investigation for internal business systems; collaborate with Customer Service and Operations to deliver interim solutions, create knowledge-base articles, run SQL data fixes/queries, ensure secure data handling, improve tooling and processes, and participate in technical projects within an agile environment.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java microservices and APIs. Lead solution design, testing strategy, and monitoring. Work with cloud (AWS), databases, CI/CD and IaC (Terraform). Triage bugs, integrate external services, and continuously improve systems and processes in an agile, hybrid environment.

Lead credit risk strategy and analytics initiatives to optimise approval rates, loss performance, and portfolio health. Deliver actionable insights for automated decisioning, detect credit and fraud risk patterns, collaborate cross-functionally, monitor portfolio performance, and prepare reports for stakeholders and regulators.

Drive revenue through performance marketing and advertising by managing brand, affiliate network, and agency partnerships. Own client relationships, identify and onboard brands, negotiate commercial deals, optimise performance campaigns to meet KPIs and quotas, lead internal product and cross-functional initiatives, present to senior stakeholders, mentor S&P team members, and deliver ROI-positive sales growth.

Lead end-to-end product design for consumer-facing payment products: research, prototyping, testing, specs, design-system maintenance, measuring outcomes, and mentoring other designers while partnering with PMs and engineers.

Embedded with a Product team to provide strategic analytics, investigate user behaviour, design and analyze experiments, ensure proper event instrumentation, and translate findings into product recommendations to shape the roadmap.

Lead analytics for Zilch's Merchant domain: measure and optimise shopping discovery, paid display/search, attribution, and merchant ROAS. Design experiments, build measurement frameworks, partner with Product and Commercial, and support data foundations for personalisation and recommendation systems to improve engagement, conversion, and monetisation.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, rolling forecasts and financial modelling; partner with department leaders to analyse performance and support investment decisions; prepare monthly management accounts, KPI dashboards, and investor/board reporting; drive forecasting improvements and maintain data integrity across Finance, Data, Treasury and Reporting teams.

Lead and execute performance marketing across paid social, app, search and programmatic channels to drive profitable user acquisition and retention. Own targets, budgets, campaign planning, optimisation, creative strategy, experimentation and measurement. Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, design, data, finance and risk to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion and GMV.

Lead two agile engineering teams, design technical architecture, prioritize features and technical debt, ensure delivery cadence and quality, remove blockers, mentor engineers, drive best engineering practices, and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Ensure reliability, performance, security, and cost-efficiency of Software, Analytics, and ML platforms. Support and optimise critical systems, manage databases and data handling, maintain Kubernetes and AWS infrastructure, implement IaC with Terraform, support Linux and caching/REST systems, and provide ad-hoc platform support in an agile environment.
