Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through accepted offer, including outbound sourcing, candidate experience, hiring manager partnership, interview calibration, pipeline analytics, ATS administration, recruitment automation, and external partner management. Investigate AML alerts and unusual activity across consumer and merchant accounts, perform risk-based assessments against KYC/KYB, draft STR/SAR reports, identify red flags and typologies, improve AML workflows and automation, analyze historical cases and metrics, and collaborate with Fraud, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to reduce AML risk.

Build and maintain internal developer tooling, service templates, testing frameworks, and CI-integrated quality systems to improve backend developer workflows, release confidence, and engineering velocity. Partner with teams to remove friction and create self-service platform capabilities.

Own a portfolio of VIP merchant relationships delivering white-glove support, resolve complex escalations end-to-end, drive product adoption and automation, create playbooks and AI-enabled operations, track merchant health with Metabase, and turn customer feedback into product insights.

Build and own multi-region, high-performance infrastructure; improve CI/CD pipelines and IaC; enhance observability and incident response; reduce operational overhead; enable engineering teams with self-service tooling and platform reliability at scale.
