Build and maintain internal developer tooling, service templates, testing frameworks, and CI-integrated quality systems to improve backend developer workflows, release confidence, and engineering velocity. Partner with teams to remove friction and create self-service platform capabilities.

Build and own multi-region, high-performance infrastructure; improve CI/CD pipelines and IaC; enhance observability and incident response; reduce operational overhead; enable engineering teams with self-service tooling and platform reliability at scale.

Lead product-led growth and brand strategy, own product positioning and GTM for launches, drive multi-channel acquisition, build marketing analytics and roadmaps, manage budgets and vendors, and hire and coach a high-performing marketing team to scale fintech adoption.
