Supports revenue recognition under ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP, including contract reviews, revenue schedules, deferred revenue reconciliations, journal-entry documentation, month-end close, audit support, discrepancy resolution, and process improvements. Collaborates with Finance, Billing, Sales, and Operations teams, assists with contract modifications and ERP implementation, and performs related financial analysis. The role requires 1–3 years of accounting experience and is remote with Eastern Time Zone availability.

Corporate Counsel will negotiate and draft commercial agreements, advise business teams on legal risks, maintain current legal knowledge, and support sales, technology, and international stakeholders. The role will also develop legal processes, manage deadlines, contribute to legal projects, and provide practical strategic guidance across multiple digital media business units. This is a remote position with optional office flexibility.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React, Redux, and Python backend frameworks. Design RESTful APIs and data-processing systems for high-volume network telemetry and time-series data. Develop AI-driven workflows that detect outages and automate network operations. Collaborate with product, platform, and cloud engineering teams on infrastructure, CI/CD, deployments, code quality, and system reliability. Mentor engineers and work directly with global telecommunications customers.
