Manage customer engagement across pre-sales, adoption, renewals, demonstrations, technical value narratives, and escalations for connectivity intelligence solutions in LATAM. Partner with Sales, Network Intelligence, Services, Product, and Engineering to deliver customer outcomes, translate analytics into business insights, coordinate implementations, and communicate regional feedback. Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders while managing multiple accounts and supporting customer success.

Develop and maintain high-volume data processing pipelines using cloud and distributed-data technologies. Build jobs and libraries supporting data scientists and analysts, while implementing monitoring, alerting, quality checks, testing, and documentation. Contribute to data platform architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires expertise in SQL, data modeling, workflow orchestration, Python, ETL/ELT design, Spark, and AWS.

Manage strategic enterprise customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for technical support, training, issue resolution, and executive engagement. Partner with sales on account health, growth, and presales activities while advocating for customer needs internally. Apply data analytics, visualization, AI tools, and automation to improve reporting, insights, troubleshooting, and customer value. Support connectivity-focused products and regularly meet clients and attend company functions.
