Provides in-person group well-being interventions for content moderators and Trust & Safety professionals. Uses CBT, ACT, and solution-focused techniques to build resilience, manage stress, and foster healthy workplace relationships. Responsibilities include clinical risk assessment, creative experiential sessions, case documentation, data tracking, administrative tasks, and collaboration with the clinical team while following ethical guidelines.

Lead and manage commercial renewal and expansion processes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop proposals/pricing and contracts, maintain deal data and reporting (HubSpot, dashboards), enable Service Delivery Managers with playbooks and templates, and drive governance to maximize retention and revenue without quota-bearing sales responsibilities.

Provide one-to-one remote psychotherapy via video using evidence-based short-term interventions (CBT, ACT, SFBT). Assess and manage clinical risk, maintain accurate case notes and session data, collaborate with clinical team, and stay informed on Trust & Safety issues affecting content moderators.
