Lead and manage commercial renewal and expansion processes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, develop proposals/pricing and contracts, maintain deal data and reporting (HubSpot, dashboards), enable Service Delivery Managers with playbooks and templates, and drive governance to maximize retention and revenue without quota-bearing sales responsibilities.

Provide one-to-one remote psychotherapy via video using evidence-based short-term interventions (CBT, ACT, SFBT). Assess and manage clinical risk, maintain accurate case notes and session data, collaborate with clinical team, and stay informed on Trust & Safety issues affecting content moderators.

Provide onsite individual and group wellbeing coaching, crisis and same-day support, training, floor observations, documentation, and aggregated reporting to support Trust & Safety staff. Maintain regular availability, deliver scheduled and ad-hoc training, record session insights (no PII), and adhere to legal and ethical reporting obligations.
