Lead enterprise-wide safety strategy across all business units and locations. Develop standardized safety programs, policies, audits, incident/near-miss investigations, training, and OSHA compliance. Build safety dashboards, track leading/lagging indicators, partner with operations and M&A for integration, and drive cultural change and continuous improvement to reduce risk and support scalable growth.
