Leads cross-functional CEO initiatives, supports acquisitions and integration, manages executive reporting, and provides continuity for executive office operations. Handles confidential information and contributes to future analytics and reporting architecture.

Leads organic growth initiatives across assigned hubs by identifying operational constraints, quantifying revenue opportunities, improving staffing, scheduling, installation, service, and technician utilization, and implementing sustainable processes. Partners with sales, hub leadership, and functional teams to drive measurable improvements in capacity, productivity, revenue, backlog, and customer retention. Develops repeatable playbooks and scales successful practices across locations.

Manage electronic security and life safety installation projects from planning through customer turnover. Responsibilities include scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, profitability, job-cost review, permitting, subcontractor coordination, inventory planning, bid support, quality, and installation progress monitoring. The role requires interpreting blueprints and project documents while ensuring work meets safety, quality, financial, and company requirements.
