Analyzes financial, operational, sales, and customer data for the CEO and executive leadership team. Reconciles inconsistent data sources, builds models, explains performance drivers, and delivers actionable recommendations through board-quality reports and presentations. Leads cross-functional CEO initiatives, supports acquisitions and integration, manages executive reporting, and provides continuity for executive office operations. Handles confidential information and contributes to future analytics and reporting architecture.

Leads organic growth initiatives across assigned hubs by identifying operational constraints, quantifying revenue opportunities, improving staffing, scheduling, installation, service, and technician utilization, and implementing sustainable processes. Partners with sales, hub leadership, and functional teams to drive measurable improvements in capacity, productivity, revenue, backlog, and customer retention. Develops repeatable playbooks and scales successful practices across locations.

The Assistant Controller oversees multi-subsidiary accounting operations, revenue recognition, percentage-of-completion and lease accounting, month-end close, consolidation, internal controls, audits, and US GAAP compliance. The role supports ERP migrations, acquisitions, process automation, and AI adoption while improving order-to-cash processes. Responsibilities also include developing accounting policies, managing financial reporting, partnering cross-functionally on project and job costing, and supervising accounting staff.
