Develop and maintain V&V, integration, and qualification plans, authorise test specifications and procedures, lead defect investigation and IVVQ reviews, and represent verification activities at design reviews. Collaborate with Airworthiness, Certification, Safety, Test, and Design to deliver compliant IVVQ in line with ARP4754B/ARP4761A and programme schedules.

Support planning, coordination and delivery of hydrogen-electric R&D programmes. Maintain project plans, budgets, risk registers, change control and action tracking. Coordinate grant-funded submissions and milestone reporting, present programme governance updates, and foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, testing, supply chain and finance to drive project outcomes.

Define, author and manage aircraft-, system- and equipment-level requirements for fuel-cell aerospace systems. Ensure end-to-end traceability, validate requirements, develop item-level specifications, manage interface and supplier requirement flow-down, support certification, and promote requirements engineering best practices across teams.

Lead development and optimisation of manufacturing processes for hydrogen-electric propulsion systems, supporting prototype, certification and low-rate production. Drive DFMA-informed design changes, tooling specification, process validation, quality/compliance activities, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to transition products from development to serial production.

Design, implement, verify, and integrate safety-critical embedded software for hydrogen-electric propulsion controller platforms. Produce requirements, architecture, tests, and lifecycle artifacts, and support certification and hardware/software integration.

Plan and execute development, verification, validation and certification tests for hydrogen-electric propulsion components. Design and commission test rigs and data acquisition systems, run component/subsystem test programmes, analyse results, and produce technical documentation. Support integration, safety compliance, and supplier collaboration in an aerospace test environment.

Lead development, testing and certification of a multi-platform aerospace fuel cell system; maintain technical integrity, manage cross-team design work, drive corrective actions, report progress, identify risks, and mentor engineering teams to meet programme milestones under ZeroAvia's Design Organisation requirements.
