Lead development of control algorithms and multi-domain plant models for hydrogen-electric propulsion. Specify and validate closed-loop performance, design observers/estimators/fault monitoring, drive control architecture and verification (MIL/SIL/HIL), and act as technical authority ensuring safety, certification, and system performance for airworthy embedded software.

Lead strategy, development, certification and industrialisation of hydrogen fuel cell systems, aircraft hydrogen fuel systems and ground refuelling infrastructure. Provide technical governance across systems engineering, controls, safety, integration, verification and validation. Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, manage programme delivery (resources, budgets, schedules, risks), and drive certification readiness and regulatory compliance across aerospace programmes.

Lead design and development of air delivery systems for hydrogen fuel cell powertrains from concept to certification-ready designs. Own aerothermal architecture, requirements capture, component specification, simulation (1D/3D), CAD/PLM documentation, test rig development and supplier integration. Drive stakeholder and supply-chain technical alignment, run validation testing, and support certification activities.
