Lead planning and execution of validation, integration, verification, and environmental qualification (IVVQ) test campaigns for the ZA200 fuel cell propulsion system. Develop and maintain V&V, integration, and qualification plans, authorise test specifications and procedures, lead defect investigation and IVVQ reviews, and represent verification activities at design reviews. Collaborate with Airworthiness, Certification, Safety, Test, and Design to deliver compliant IVVQ in line with ARP4754B/ARP4761A and programme schedules.

Lead development of control algorithms and multi-domain plant models for hydrogen-electric propulsion. Specify and validate closed-loop performance, design observers/estimators/fault monitoring, drive control architecture and verification (MIL/SIL/HIL), and act as technical authority ensuring safety, certification, and system performance for airworthy embedded software.

Lead mechanical design for complex aerospace components: own CAD/PLM data, create NX 3D models and ASME production drawings, apply GD&T and materials/manufacturing knowledge, perform supporting analysis/simulations, lead design reviews, liaise with manufacturing, and mentor junior engineers.
