Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (E2E, integration, load), embed tests into CI/CD, balance automated and manual testing, improve system resilience, use security and accessibility tooling, mentor engineers, and drive quality strategy across the platform.

Own integration design and strategy for Salesforce and connected systems. Architect data ownership and ERDs, build robust code-driven integrations (REST, SOAP, webhooks), ensure retries/idempotency/reconciliation, replace brittle no-code flows, implement CI/CD and metadata-as-code, build observability and runbooks, and partner with engineering, IT, and business stakeholders to operationalize integrations.
