Lead and develop a team of three recruiters while building a consistent, scalable talent acquisition function. Establish structured hiring processes, interview frameworks, scorecards, sourcing strategies, recruiting metrics, ATS data practices, and leadership dashboards. Train hiring managers on inclusive interviewing, manage recruiting vendors and technology, support workforce planning and onboarding partnerships, and ensure compliance and strong candidate experience.

Lead design and implementation of features for the Business Acquisition domain, ensure security and scalability, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with product and engineering managers, write and maintain clean full‑stack TypeScript code, drive architecture and cross-team best practices, and produce documentation and tests for maintainable systems.

The Tech Lead will direct technical development in the Core and Payments teams, focusing on system design, security, code reviews, mentoring, and ensuring scalable application development while collaborating with various stakeholders.
