Serve as the Tier 3 technical escalation owner: diagnose and fix code-level production issues across Node/TypeScript/AWS systems, deploy fixes, build runbooks, analyze incident trends, drive process improvements, and mentor the Application Support team.

Administer and maintain IT systems (identity, access, collaboration tools), implement SSO/MFA/VPN solutions, automate manual processes using APIs, provide Tier 2 support, run IT projects and migrations, and create technical and user-facing policies and procedures.

Own and maintain data platform infrastructure: provision Snowflake via Terraform, build CI/CD for dbt, implement data quality and observability, extend the OpenMetadata catalog, create developer tooling and reproducible environments, and ensure secure, production-ready data pipelines.
