Work directly with the founders to turn strategic priorities into measurable projects. Analyze data, speak with customers, support sales, customer success, product, and engineering initiatives, assist with fundraising materials and financial analyses, and improve business processes through AI and automation. The role requires high initiative, strong analytical and communication skills, comfort with ambiguity, and fluency in German and English.

Analyze complex customer logistics processes, design scalable solutions and integrations, translate requirements into product concepts, specify enhancements, and coordinate implementation across Sales, Product, Engineering, customers, and vendors. Use AI and automation to accelerate analysis and solution design while owning selected product areas.

Own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract closing. Build and manage a customer pipeline, win new accounts, understand customer challenges, develop business cases, and collaborate with Customer Success. Use CRM, AI, and automation tools to improve sales effectiveness while working closely with the founders to drive commercial growth.

Own and scale ZeKju’s go-to-market growth engine by optimizing digital touchpoints, analyzing platform usage, identifying leads, and building CRM, data, and outreach automations. The role partners with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to improve user journeys, pipeline generation, and conversion. It requires hands-on experience with workflow automation, BI tools, and SQL, along with commercial judgment, analytical thinking, and fluent German and English.
