Lead and supervise the Quality team to ensure product compliance with customer and industry standards. Oversee inspections, laboratory equipment calibration, NDT operations, nonconforming material disposition, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Lead logistics administration and TMS systems: manage carrier onboarding, freight payment, reporting and KPIs, TMS maintenance/enhancements, Atlas load builds, systems integration for acquisitions, and drive process improvements using AI and automation.

Set up, calibrate, and operate high-speed production equipment with robotic elements; inspect materials and finished products; maintain tooling; record production and quality data; follow LOTO and safety procedures; assist maintenance and participate in continuous improvement.

Support and improve plant automation and electrical systems: program PLCs and HMIs, troubleshoot controls, specify and integrate devices, lead projects and contractors, document software changes, and promote safety and reliability in a manufacturing environment.

Operate and set up high-speed, robotic production equipment to form or cut steel to specifications. Perform advanced setup/calibration, inspect materials, record quality issues, maintain tooling, assist maintenance, complete production reports, follow safety procedures (lockout/tagout), and participate in continuous improvement to support efficient, safe manufacturing.

Lead the tooling department supporting pipe and tube mill operations: manage tooling inventory and procurement, design and improve tooling, oversee mill setups and calibration, troubleshoot, prepare mill settings, train staff, and drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.
