Develop and maintain customer relationships across South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Prospect for new accounts, grow existing business, prepare quotes, coordinate orders, provide technical support, resolve customer claims, conduct sales outreach, monitor market intelligence, maintain pricing data, and review territory performance. The role requires regional travel, independent work, and collaboration with inside sales and other departments to achieve sales and tonnage goals.

Operate and maintain secondary process machinery, including recut and swage equipment. Perform machine setups, operational checks, visual inspections, quality measurements, and minor maintenance adjustments. Supply material for recut, maintain accurate production records, follow safety procedures, keep the work area orderly, and train employees as assigned. The role requires mechanical aptitude, basic math, physical strength, and the ability to work around noise, airborne particles, and moving machinery.

Develop production-ready models, shop drawings, drafting packages, and fabrication documentation for modular construction manufacturing. Review consultant drawings for conflicts, coordinate with designers, engineers, manufacturing teams, and shop trades, and develop modular details, assemblies, and components. Support prototypes, constructability improvements, production schedules, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional technical drafting needs.
