Teams at Zekelman Industries

Manage plant HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, benefits administration, compliance with leave laws, labor/union relations, employee development, HR reporting, and culture initiatives. Serve as liaison between management and employees to ensure safe, productive workplace operations.

Support daily residential community operations: resident communication, rent processing and collections, leasing and renewals, move-in/out coordination, vendor and maintenance coordination, financial documentation, and act as on-site lead in manager's absence while ensuring compliance and safety.

Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports for plant leadership, monitor manufacturing KPIs, analyze material/labor/overhead variances, maintain inventory reconciliations, support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and continuous improvement using ERP systems and advanced Excel. Onsite, full-time role partnering with operations to drive cost-saving initiatives and accurate product costing.
