Lead and optimize transportation, logistics, scheduling, and distribution across multiple plants and DCs. Manage three Regional Logistics Managers, drive carrier strategy, network optimization, cost/service/safety performance, freight budgets, KPIs, and reporting. Coordinate cross-functional teams, standardize procedures, and lead logistics integration for acquisitions. Travel within the US and Canada as required.

Lead daily onsite community operations including leasing, rent collection, budget management, maintenance coordination, resident relations, property inspections, event programming, and regulatory compliance to ensure resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Lead and supervise the Quality team to ensure product compliance with customer and industry standards. Oversee inspections, laboratory equipment calibration, NDT operations, nonconforming material disposition, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. Serve as technical liaison to customers and Sales, train quality staff, support shipping inspections, and promote safety and operational excellence.
