Lead NEC-compliant electrical construction projects ($1M–$6M) from planning through completion. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, drawings, AHJ submissions, client communication, safety, and quality across multi-state sites.

Lead and mentor maintenance technicians to ensure safe, reliable plant operations. Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, preventive/predictive maintenance, spare parts management, OSHA compliance, and cross-functional continuous improvement to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
