Supports production planning and digital transformation by analyzing manufacturing, inventory, scheduling, and production-performance data. Builds dashboards, reports, and visualizations; documents workflows; identifies automation and AI opportunities; assists with analytics and digital-tool pilots; validates data; researches emerging technologies; and presents recommendations to operations, planning, and leadership stakeholders in a manufacturing environment.

Supports workforce development, apprenticeship, internship, and talent development programs. Responsibilities include analyzing programs, creating tools and frameworks, coordinating projects and stakeholders, developing dashboards and reports, researching industry practices, presenting recommendations, and assisting with team events. The intern will partner with HR, Operations, and business leaders to improve employee development, program effectiveness, and scalability.

Manage mechanical engineering projects for modular building projects from pre-design through fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning. Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, hydronic, and related systems with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, consultants, manufacturers, contractors, and clients. Oversee scopes, schedules, budgets, design deliverables, code compliance, risk resolution, documentation, site visits, field verification, and technical support during construction and commissioning.
