Coordinates recruiting requisitions, resume reviews, phone screens, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and candidate engagement. Supports high-volume hiring, talent pipeline development, community outreach, diversity and military recruiting, staffing reports, and Workday administration. Partners with HR and hiring managers to coordinate start dates and ensure compliance with hiring processes. This is a temporary 4–6 month hybrid assignment requiring two onsite days weekly, with potential extension.

Oversees manufacturing optimization, production workflow planning, equipment and tooling improvements, capital projects, maintenance coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyzes downtime, conducts FMEA and root cause analysis, improves equipment uptime and production efficiency, ensures critical spare availability, and provides technical guidance on plant equipment operation and maintenance. The role requires full-time on-site attendance and collaboration with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Paid summer internship supporting inventory management, automated replenishment, supply planning, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment. The intern will maintain inventory and replenishment data, investigate discrepancies, analyze trends, evaluate planning recommendations, monitor replenishment activity, and collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
