Manage a regional portfolio of customer accounts, build long-term client relationships, identify new business and expansion opportunities, negotiate contracts, address customer needs, and monitor sales performance. The role also supervises account representatives, prepares account and transaction reports, tracks sales targets and metrics, and collaborates with internal teams to achieve revenue objectives.

The Sr. Solution Architect will drive customer success by providing cloud solutions, pre-sales support, technical advisory, and relationship management, ensuring scalability and efficiency in cloud environments.

Collaborates with marketing, alliances, solution architects, and business development teams to achieve quotas, improve retention, and grow customer and partner relationships.

Grow Zadara’s business through resellers, distributors, and channel partners across EMEA. Responsibilities include partner onboarding and enablement, channel program development, joint go-to-market activities, target setting, pipeline and forecast management, QBRs, deal progression, sales and technical training, competitive positioning, CRM updates, and participation in partner and customer events. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, product, and solution architecture teams to generate pipeline and revenue.

Design and implement cloud-based solutions within a Scrum team, focusing on microservices architecture while ensuring performance and quality.

Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact for enterprise customers: build relationships, provide architecture guidance, run health checks, manage incidents, support POCs and DR planning, produce executive reporting, and align technical delivery with business goals.

The Software Engineer (Object Storage) develops core features for Zadara's S3-compatible object storage solution, focusing on scalable and high-performance data management for enterprise applications and Sovereign AI solutions.
