Master's-level intern shadows counselors, carries a reduced caseload, facilitates individual/group/family therapy using evidence-based practices, completes EMR documentation, attends regular supervision and trainings, and may transport clients as needed.

The Dietitian at Youth Villages will develop menus, ensure compliance with USDA nutrition standards, conduct inspections, and create educational materials related to nutrition for youth in residential programs.

Carry a small caseload, hold regular individual and family sessions, coordinate with providers and courts, offer on-call crisis support, complete EMR documentation, and travel to families' homes (60–80 miles). Flexible, non-traditional schedule.

Implement, maintain, and expand the mentor program: recruit, screen, train, and match volunteer mentors; maintain communication and documentation; assess program outcomes; develop outreach materials, present to groups, and support events.
