Teams at Youth Villages

Provide in-home clinical support and oversight for Intercept® families: carry a small caseload, conduct assessments, support training and coverage for specialists, coordinate psychiatric engagement, complete EMR documentation, and travel to meet families in their homes and communities.

The SWITCH Clinical Specialist engages high-risk adults, developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans, facilitating group therapy, and providing crisis support within the community.

Paid bachelor-level internship supporting community-based mental and behavioral health services. Interns observe counselors, attend meetings, assist with admissions, research community resources, complete EMR documentation, and participate in clinical development activities. Schedule is flexible and placements are nationwide.
