Teams at Youth Villages

Provides intensive, community-based clinical case management and counseling to young adults ages 17–23. Responsibilities include weekly client meetings, ongoing needs assessments, therapeutic interventions, crisis support, collaboration with support systems and supervisors, clinical supervision participation, and accurate EMR documentation. The role manages a caseload of 8–10 young adults and supports goals related to housing, education, employment, health, relationships, and self-sufficiency.

Provides clinical support to families in a community-based, intensive in-home program. Responsibilities include maintaining a small caseload, conducting family assessments and surveys, supporting psychiatric engagement, coordinating with clinical supervisors, covering staff needs, attending clinical meetings and trainings, documenting services in an EMR, and driving to family homes and community locations.

Provides intensive, community-based counseling and case management to young adults ages 17–23. Maintains a small caseload, conducts assessments, develops treatment interventions under clinical supervision, supports clients during crises, engages families and support systems, connects clients with housing, education, employment, health, and life-skills resources, and completes timely EMR documentation. The role requires flexible scheduling, weekly supervision and meetings, ongoing training, and community travel.
