Teams at Youth Villages

Provide community-based, clinically focused case management and counseling to young adults (17-23) using the LifeSet model. Carry a caseload of 8–10, meet clients weekly, perform assessments, implement treatment interventions, participate in supervision, provide on-call crisis support, and complete timely EMR documentation. Work is flexible and community-based, requiring travel to client locations.

Provide individual and group therapy to high-risk adults, carrying a caseload of 20–24, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, deliver community-based services, provide on-call crisis support, document in EMR, and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Provide intensive, in-home counseling to at-risk youth and families using evidence-based Intercept® model. Carry a small caseload, hold regular individual and family sessions, coordinate with providers and courts, offer on-call crisis support, complete EMR documentation, and travel to families' homes (60–80 miles). Flexible, non-traditional schedule.
