Teams at Youth Villages

Provide intensive community-based case management and counseling to young adults (17–23). Carry a caseload of 8–10, meet weekly, perform assessments, implement treatment plans, provide on-call crisis support, document in EMR, and participate in supervision and trainings to support independent living and reduce negative outcomes.

Implement, maintain, and expand the mentor program: recruit, screen, train, and match volunteer mentors; maintain communication and documentation; assess program outcomes; develop outreach materials, present to groups, and support events.

The Digital Asset and Web Manager oversees website and digital content management, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards while supporting digital campaigns and improving user experience.
