Provide functional support for Yooz clients: analyze and document requests, troubleshoot and resolve issues, assist with software configuration, collaborate with Sales/Project/R&D/IT, and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and product improvement through client feedback.

Design, specify, and manage integration projects between Yooz and external systems. Produce functional and technical connector specifications, write user stories and test cases, track project progress, support developers, run beta/alpha testing, assist deployments, lead partner workshops, and manage multiple connector projects.

Provide functional support for Yooz customers: analyze, qualify and document requests; deliver solutions and follow through to resolution; assist with configuration and adoption of the Yooz solution; advise on adapting accounting processes; collaborate with Sales, Projects, R&D and IT; contribute feedback for product improvement and customer satisfaction.

Design and execute manual and automated test cases; perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing; develop and maintain automated test frameworks; analyze requirements, evaluate system performance, data integrity, and security; report test results and collaborate with development teams within Agile processes to identify and resolve defects and improve software quality.

Manage email marketing operations, CRM/data integrations, and campaign/program workflows. Maintain database quality, build lists, track campaign performance, and support regional marketing with process improvements, tool evaluations, and lead management to optimize conversion and reporting.

Manage customer onboarding for Yooz AP automation: lead projects from pre-sale to go-live, configure applications and ERP integrations, scope technical data transfers, write specs and SOWs, collaborate with developers and partners, support post go-live and process improvements, and deliver trainings to drive adoption and ROI.

The Account Executive will build relationships with finance leaders, navigate ERP ecosystems, manage the sales cycle, and drive new business for Yooz's AP automation solutions.
