Responsibilities include budget and forecast management, billing, working capital, risk mitigation, contract negotiations, claims resolution, KPI/SLA governance, tendering, supplier evaluation, and commercial reporting. The role supports operational teams, manages client and supplier relationships, and ensures compliance, value for money, and strong financial performance.

Manage owner-side delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across data center construction projects. Coordinate contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, clients, and authorities; oversee installation, inspection, commissioning, schedules, costs, RFIs, documentation, QA/QC, and system integration. Provide technical leadership, constructability and value-engineering guidance, project reporting, stakeholder communication, and process improvement. The role requires strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction schedules, commissioning, plans, specifications, and field decision-making.

Lead health, safety, and environmental programs for a mission-critical data center campus. Oversee risk controls for electrical safety, hazardous energy, permits, maintenance, contractors, and emergency preparedness. Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, training, reporting, and corrective-action verification. Partner with operations, facilities teams, vendors, contractors, clients, and leadership to improve HSE capability, compliance, and operational learning.

The Treasury Accountant will manage intercompany accounting and balances, external debt accounting, hedge relationships, IFRS 9 requirements, group cash-flow forecasting, reporting, audit support, and related documentation. The role partners with Finance, Tax, Compliance, auditors, and external stakeholders while improving processes and ensuring compliance with debt facilities. Responsibilities also include interest calculations, drawdowns, repayments, refinancing activity, and ad hoc finance projects.

Manages owner quality assurance and commissioning activities for data center construction projects. Oversees CxA and GC quality teams, ensures stage-gate and milestone compliance, tracks testing, checklists, issues, NCRs, warranties, and escalations, and provides project and program-level readiness reporting. Serves as the site-level quality and commissioning point of contact while coordinating suppliers, project managers, and facilities stakeholders.

Manage OFCI procurement activities across projects, including supplier onboarding, RFP execution, bid evaluation, contract coordination, PO execution, logistics tracking, risk management, and continuous process improvement to align procurement with project schedules and governance.

Lead client-side planning and project controls for large data center projects. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, perform critical-path and recovery analysis, validate contractor programmes, monitor progress, support procurement and risk management, prepare executive schedule reports, and promote planning best practices across the portfolio.

Lead preconstruction activities for data center projects from concept to construction handover. Responsibilities include due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, estimating, risk management, value engineering, vendor selection and oversight, constructability reviews, and supporting procurement and contract negotiations to align scope, budget, and schedule.

Build and manage financial models and valuations to support transactions and investments. Support financing, due diligence, data room management, legal negotiations, and prepare presentation materials. Perform financial analysis with Development and Finance teams, research market trends, assist commercial negotiations, and support business strategy and project delivery.

Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data center projects from pre-construction through handover. Manage multidisciplinary teams, contractors and vendors; ensure contractual compliance, planning/permitting, procurement of GC/subcontracts, commercial risk management, and reporting to stakeholders while driving quality, efficiency and collaborative supplier relationships.

Responsible for lifecycle management, design acceptance, maintenance regimes, commissioning, and incident root-cause for electrical, controls and mechanical assets in a data center. Approve procedures, oversee projects and vendor relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, provide technical reports, and act as site authority for electrical installation while supporting operations and emergency response.

Lead and manage design review and delivery for data center projects across the Americas. Coordinate vendors, model reviews and clash detection, ensure permitting, safety, quality, sustainability and commercial control. Provide technical due diligence, support construction issue resolution, implement global design standards, and drive site masterplanning and technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
