Manage data center development projects from site acquisition through delivery across the AMER portfolio. Coordinate stakeholders in engineering, capital projects, operations, legal, finance, asset management, and commercial teams. Responsibilities include business planning, joint venture coordination, due diligence, risk assessment, project and board reporting, financial metrics, and ensuring project success criteria are met. The role requires data center or mission-critical real estate experience, project management capability, and knowledge of permitting, construction, operations, and real estate financial modeling.

Prepare and review financial statements, manage group reporting and intercompany reconciliations, coordinate statutory accounts and audits, and oversee accounting for legal entities, capital structures, financing flows, and consolidations. Partner with tax and legal teams on compliance, support internal controls, monitor accounting standards, and improve reporting processes through standardization and automation.

Supports end-to-end accounting for operating companies, including reconciliations, financial statements, monthly variance analysis, accounting policy compliance, audit coordination, cash management, tax filings, and reporting. The role partners across Finance and the wider organization, manages third parties, ensures adherence to group governance and transfer pricing policies, and drives process improvements. It requires a qualified accountant with strong analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
