Provide administrative support to the Global Workplace team and manage the London office. Handle daily office management, service desk tickets, vendor and contract administration, PO and receipt processing, access and onboarding tasks, HSE & compliance inspections, travel/property documentation, and small events to create a welcoming workplace.

Lead infrastructure design and delivery for EMEA data center projects. Define utilities scope, manage stakeholder and DNO/IDNO interfaces, oversee infrastructure assessments, quality control, regulatory compliance, wayleaves/easements, sustainability initiatives, budget management, and risk reporting through development to stable facility handover.

Lead client-side planning and project controls for large data center projects. Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, perform critical-path and recovery analysis, validate contractor programmes, monitor progress, support procurement and risk management, prepare executive schedule reports, and promote planning best practices across the portfolio.
