Own the growth marketing engine from lead generation through closed-deal follow-up. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing Meta and Instagram campaigns, running structured tests, managing GoHighLevel nurture automations, maintaining pipeline accuracy, and delivering monthly performance reviews with recommendations. The role requires ownership of strategy, lead cadences, deadlines, and SOPs while partnering with leadership. Supports business operations by building and improving SOPs, tracking projects and deliverables, coordinating teams and vendors, managing tickets and incidents, and maintaining dashboards, KPI trackers, reconciliations, operational reports, and quality assurance processes. The role requires strong spreadsheet skills, familiarity with productivity, CRM, project management, and automation tools, plus virtual assistance, operations, leadership, and project management experience.

Owns end-to-end creative delivery for a client account across graphic design, video, multimedia, and marketing content. Maintains brand quality across social platforms, presentations, collateral, and infographics; mentors junior creators; identifies scope and timeline risks; and independently sets the creative standard with minimal oversight.

Edit short- and long-form videos for social platforms, including cuts, color grading, transitions, music, subtitles, and motion graphics. Create digital and print graphics such as social posts, ads, infographics, presentations, flyers, and brochures. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and creative teams while maintaining brand consistency, quality, and platform optimization.

Design campaign strategies and build them in GoHighLevel using workflows, pipelines, triggers, snapshots, and SaaS mode. Automate lead tagging, scoring, routing, and sales handoffs; monitor performance and optimize based on data. Maintain clean CRM records and communicate clearly in writing. Generate sales leads through LinkedIn research, connection requests, personalized messaging, conversation nurturing, and qualification. Track outreach performance, answer initial questions, and hand ready leads to the Sales team. The role requires strong written English, self-direction, and at least one year of experience in lead generation, cold outreach, appointment setting, or sales. This is a permanent full-time remote contractor role aligned with Pacific Time hours.
