Close warm inbound leads for fintech and merchant-services clients, understand business needs, complete applications and documentation, and follow up through account setup. The role requires strong phone-sales ability, excellent spoken English, comfort asking for the sale, reliable internet, and a quiet remote workspace. Merchant-services, payment-processing, credit-card processing, fintech, or POS experience is preferred.

Edit short- and long-form videos for social platforms, including cuts, color grading, transitions, music, subtitles, and motion graphics. Create digital and print graphics such as social posts, ads, infographics, presentations, flyers, and brochures. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and creative teams while maintaining brand consistency, quality, and platform optimization.

Supports business operations by building and improving SOPs, tracking projects and deliverables, coordinating teams and vendors, managing tickets and incidents, and maintaining dashboards, KPI trackers, reconciliations, operational reports, and quality assurance processes. The role requires strong spreadsheet skills, familiarity with productivity, CRM, project management, and automation tools, plus virtual assistance, operations, leadership, and project management experience.
