Supervise and support youth ages 8–17 in a safe, inclusive program environment. Lead educational, recreational, team-building, STEAM, and family activities while following Camp HOPE America curriculum. Serve as a positive role model, promote belonging and character development, collaborate with fellow facilitators, monitor safety, and report hazards or concerns. The role involves occasional weekend events and may require travel to another YMCA branch.

Provide welcoming, high-quality member service at the YMCA front desk: greet members and guests, answer questions, resolve concerns, promote programs, maintain clean and safe areas, use tech tools, follow policies, and complete required trainings and certifications.

Leads YMCA membership operations, acquisition, retention, and member experience. Supervises, coaches, schedules, and develops membership staff while managing payroll, budgets, expenses, and resources. Uses membership activity, participation, and feedback data to improve service and revenue outcomes. Oversees enrollment, communications, promotions, and registrations, supports branch events and leadership initiatives, and helps maintain a safe, welcoming facility through emergency preparedness and coordination with facilities teams.

Oversee daily aquatic site operations to ensure safe, welcoming swim programs. Teach and mentor instructors, coordinate staffing/schedules, handle administrative tasks, communicate with members, and report safety incidents.

Lead day-to-day operations of before/after-school and summer youth programs, supervise and mentor staff, plan activities, maintain safety and compliance, manage attendance and paperwork, build family and school partnerships, and ensure sites are organized and inclusive.

Lead and mentor groups of school-age children in before/after-school and summer programs. Plan and supervise activities, support academics and behavior management, ensure safety and compliance, maintain program spaces, communicate with parents and staff, and travel between sites as needed.

Lead, mentor, and supervise teens in after-school programs; deliver curriculum-based academic, recreational, and enrichment activities; ensure safety and positive behavior; track attendance and outcomes using program systems; maintain program spaces; complete required trainings and certifications.

Supervise and ensure safe operation of the climbing wall, belay climbers, inspect equipment, deliver instruction and encouragement, assist with classes and events, maintain a clean welcoming area, follow YMCA policies, respond to incidents, and support risk management and participant safety.
