Supervise and ensure safe operation of the climbing wall, belay climbers, inspect equipment, deliver instruction and encouragement, assist with classes and events, maintain a clean welcoming area, follow YMCA policies, respond to incidents, and support risk management and participant safety.

Lead and manage daily aquatic operations, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, hire and develop staff, deliver high-quality swim lessons and lifeguarding programs, manage scheduling and budgets, use participation data to grow programs, and foster an inclusive, community-focused environment.

Oversee daily aquatic site operations to ensure safe, welcoming swim programs. Teach and mentor instructors, coordinate staffing/schedules, handle administrative tasks, communicate with members, and report safety incidents.
