Leads all operations of a YMCA center, including staff and volunteer management, budgeting, facilities, strategic planning, programming, community engagement, marketing, membership growth, fundraising, and donor relationships. Builds partnerships with community stakeholders, oversees advisory board involvement, ensures facility safety, and drives financial sustainability and philanthropic growth.

Ensures member safety in strength and cardiovascular areas, conducts wellness onboarding and retention appointments, supports members’ physical activity goals, connects them with YMCA programs, monitors equipment use, and maintains a safe, motivating environment. The role also includes follow-up, scheduling, outcome tracking, record keeping, and member confidentiality.

Supervise and develop aquatic programs, including daily department operations, program promotion and evaluation, staff scheduling, training, supervision, safety monitoring, standards compliance, and financial operations. The role is split between frontline work with members and participants and administrative responsibilities.

Leads the YMCA’s enterprise-wide HR and people strategy, advising the CEO, senior leaders, and board. Oversees talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, performance, retention, culture transformation, DEI, total rewards, compliance, HR budgeting, and HR systems optimization. Partners across the organization to strengthen organizational effectiveness, engagement, leadership capabilities, and operational excellence while aligning people initiatives with the YMCA’s mission and strategic plan.

Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests; provide friendly member service at the front desk. Maintain required certifications (First Aid, Oxygen Administration; CPR/AED for open/close staff) and complete mandatory YMCA trainings within 60–90 days. Ensure minors are supervised and follow safety and reporting procedures.

Provides a safe, welcoming environment for YMCA members using strength and cardiovascular equipment. Conducts wellness onboarding and retention appointments, supports members’ wellness goals, tracks outcomes, connects members with appropriate programs, follows up, and ensures equipment is used properly. Maintains member confidentiality, records, schedules, certifications, and continuing education requirements.

The role involves supervising and engaging with children aged 6-12 in Before and After School programs, fostering their growth and development.

The Youth Workers will assist in implementing after school programs, supervising children, and promoting their social and physical growth. They will also interact with parents and collaborate with staff.

Supervise and engage school-age children in before- and after-school programs under a Site Director. Lead activities (games, crafts, sports), build positive relationships with youth and parents, and demonstrate YMCA core values while promoting social, physical, and mental growth.

The Wellness Advisor I ensures member safety in exercise areas, provides retention appointments, tracks member activity, and supports wellness goals.

Supervise groups of 6–12 children in before- and after-school programs, lead activities (games, crafts, sports), foster social and developmental growth, and build positive relationships with youth, parents, school staff, and colleagues under a Site Director's guidance.
