Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests; provide friendly member service at the front desk. Maintain required certifications (First Aid, Oxygen Administration; CPR/AED for open/close staff) and complete mandatory YMCA trainings within 60–90 days. Ensure minors are supervised and follow safety and reporting procedures.

Ensure safety and proper use of strength and cardio equipment, conduct wellness onboarding and retention appointments, support members in reaching fitness goals, connect members to wellness programs, maintain records and follow-up, and uphold a safe, motivating environment.

Manage all youth and adult sports programming including program development, marketing, budgeting, scheduling, staff and volunteer supervision, facility and equipment oversight, community relations, fundraising participation, and program evaluation to meet center and association goals.
