Support international sales operations across distributors: maintain CRM and sales data, consolidate forecasts and reports, coordinate communications and meetings, assist product launch readiness, and collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and external partners to ensure accurate reporting and operational execution.

Lead and deliver large, complex IT programs across multiple workstreams. Own end-to-end delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality), maintain integrated plans, manage stakeholders, facilitate executive governance, improve PMO frameworks, mentor project managers, ensure compliance with enterprise policies, and drive continuous delivery and process improvements.

As a CMF/Color Developer, you will oversee color development, maintain design intent, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality in YETI products. Responsibilities include pre-screening samples, developing color matches, and managing communication across teams.
