Business Operations Intern supporting EMEA operations at YETI. Responsibilities include maintaining master data, ensuring data accuracy, improving processes, documenting procedures, maintaining internal systems, and preparing reports, analyses, and presentations. The intern will collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service teams while gaining experience in operational reporting, data management, process analysis, and project coordination.

Marketing Intern supporting brand campaigns, community and retail events, social and PR activities, content and point-of-sale materials, supplier coordination, retail partner inquiries, and maintenance of YETI’s Field Guide platform across the UK and Germany.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to Americas Commercial leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational design, large-scale change initiatives, and leadership development to build scalable, high-performance teams and succession pipelines.
