Creates and maintains technical documents, illustrations, packaging graphics, instructional materials, and on-product graphics for soft goods products. Translates complex product constructions into clear visual communication, updates documentation throughout development, manages production assets in PLM systems, and supports industrial design, product development, QA/QC, and manufacturing teams. The role also helps standardize visual systems and reduce manufacturing defects through clearer visual instructions.

Associate Product Manager for YETI’s Soft Cooler team, responsible for supporting category strategy, product roadmaps, lifecycle management, consumer research, pricing, forecasting, profitability analysis, product data, and go-to-market execution. The role coordinates with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Creative, Program Management, and Supply Chain to launch high-quality physical products on schedule and within budget.

Leads hands-on product validation testing and daily lab execution for new product development and sustaining engineering. Develops test plans and methods, performs failure analysis, maintains fixtures and equipment, coordinates lab workloads, ensures data integrity and safety, and coaches technicians. Partners with global innovation teams and engineering stakeholders to standardize testing, qualify new equipment, improve lab processes, and communicate risks and recommendations.
