Maintains tools, completes job documentation and reports, follows safety procedures, and promotes company services to customers. Requires at least three years of downhole fishing-tool experience, physical ability to perform field work, schedule flexibility, and travel as needed.

Leads quality oversight across company locations through internal audits, quality reviews, compliance assessments, mock and sponsor audits, and inspection-readiness activities. Manages quality documentation, identifies regulatory risks, performs root cause analysis, coordinates remediation, evaluates corrective-action effectiveness, analyzes trends, improves quality controls and procedures, and trains operational staff on quality practices. Requires travel to company locations as needed.

Runs low- to medium-risk liner hanger and wellbore applications, ensuring equipment compatibility, safe tool operation, job-site readiness, customer support, documentation, inventory control, and data submission. Provides on-the-job training, troubleshoots equipment and applications, monitors data to recommend solutions, and supports job planning, mobilization, execution, and invoicing requirements. Requires hands-on wellbore construction, completions, or liner hanger experience and foundational mechanical or fluid systems knowledge.
