Leads quality oversight across company locations through internal audits, quality reviews, compliance assessments, mock and sponsor audits, and inspection-readiness activities. Manages quality documentation, identifies regulatory risks, performs root cause analysis, coordinates remediation, evaluates corrective-action effectiveness, analyzes trends, improves quality controls and procedures, and trains operational staff on quality practices. Requires travel to company locations as needed.

Runs low- to medium-risk liner hanger and wellbore applications, ensuring equipment compatibility, safe tool operation, job-site readiness, customer support, documentation, inventory control, and data submission. Provides on-the-job training, troubleshoots equipment and applications, monitors data to recommend solutions, and supports job planning, mobilization, execution, and invoicing requirements. Requires hands-on wellbore construction, completions, or liner hanger experience and foundational mechanical or fluid systems knowledge.

Supervise rig crew running downhole fishing tools; consult with engineering and site reps to plan recoveries; order and maintain specialized tools; execute recoveries safely; keep accurate job paperwork and reports; promote company services and perform basic equipment maintenance.
