The Enterprise Account Executive will drive enterprise sales, build relationships with clients, collaborate on strategies, and manage multi-stage sales cycles.

Provide frontline support for YCharts' SaaS platform via email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot product/data/technical issues, escalate as needed, monitor usage and customer health, share customer insights with product and engineering, create educational resources, and support process improvements to drive engagement and retention.

Build and optimize backend data pipelines and calculations for 7M+ securities using Python/Django. Implement Airflow pipelines, pandas/Celery-based async calculations, database query tuning, caching, scalable data models, incident investigation, code reviews, and cross-team collaboration to ensure timely, accurate financial data.
