YCharts was recognized as a Software All Star in five categories: Investment Data/Analytics, Portfolio Design Solutions, Proposal Generation & Client Onboarding, Portfolio Management/Reporting, and Economic Analysis & Stress Testing. The designation highlights solutions with category-leading market penetration and ratings above 8.0, achieved by only a small fraction of the more than 800 products included in the survey.
The survey identifies YCharts as the market share leader in Portfolio Design Solutions, where the platform earned an 8.25 rating in its category debut.
YCharts also expanded its presence across additional advisor workflows, with its first appearance in Portfolio Management/Reporting and Proposal Generation & Client Onboarding. In the proposal category, YCharts ranked among the top solutions by market share and earned the highest average user rating of 8.29.
Across the six categories where YCharts was evaluated, the platform ranked among the top tools advisors are considering and earned elite advisor satisfaction ratings. These results point to growing demand as firms evaluate new advisor technology platforms and highlight consistently positive feedback from advisors.
"Advisors need technology that connects research, portfolio construction, and client communication," said Caleb Eplett, Chief Product Officer at YCharts. "This recognition reflects how YCharts is expanding beyond investment analysis to support the full advisor workflow, helping advisors move more efficiently from market insights to portfolio decisions and client recommendations."
While YCharts has long been known for its investment data and analytics capabilities, the platform has evolved to support a broader range of advisor workflows. Financial advisors rely on YCharts not only for market analysis and portfolio research, but also for developing proposals, visualizing strategies, and delivering clearer client communications.

YCharts has been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies for the 10th consecutive year, extending a decade-long run on the ranking as the investment technology company expands its research, portfolio analytics and AI-enabled tools for financial professionals.
The Inc. 5000 ranks privately held U.S. companies based on revenue growth over a three-year period. YCharts said its 10 consecutive appearances reflect sustained expansion of a platform now used by more than 15,000 financial professionals across North America.
“Earning the Inc 5000 award for 10 consecutive years isn’t something we take for granted,” President and CEO Sean Brown said. “It reflects our team’s hard work and the trust our clients have placed in our platform, year after year.”
YCharts provides investment research and client engagement technology for financial advisors and asset managers. Its platform combines security research, portfolio construction, proposal generation, market monitoring and client communication tools, giving wealth management firms a common environment for investment analysis and client-facing workflows.
The latest Inc. 5000 recognition comes as YCharts adds capabilities in two areas receiving increased attention across wealth management: fixed-income analytics and artificial intelligence.
The company has been named a finalist in the Portfolio Analytics category of the 2026 Wealth Management Industry Awards, commonly known as the Wealthies, for its Individual Bond Data offering. Winners are scheduled to be announced this month in Manhattan.
YCharts developed the bond-level functionality in response to advisor demand for more detailed fixed-income information. The offering expands the platform’s multi-asset coverage by providing data on individual bonds that can be incorporated into portfolio analysis.
Greater bond-level visibility can help advisors examine fixed-income holdings alongside other portfolio assets rather than relying primarily on higher-level fund or asset-class information. YCharts is positioning the capability as part of a broader effort to give advisors more detailed data when evaluating portfolios and communicating investment decisions to clients.
The company is also expanding its use of AI through “Y,” an agentic AI tool designed to execute investment and client-service workflows from plain-language prompts.
YCharts plans to demonstrate the technology at the Future Proof Festival in Huntington Beach, California, this month. The tool can assist with proposal generation, portfolio construction and client communications, moving AI beyond research queries and into workflows that advisors routinely perform.
For wealth management firms, that approach reflects a shift toward using AI to reduce the manual work required to move between research, portfolio analysis and client-facing materials. Rather than operating as a separate interface, an agent capable of working across those functions can potentially shorten the process from identifying an investment idea to constructing a portfolio recommendation and preparing the material used to discuss it with a client.
YCharts Chief Revenue Officer John Vander Vennet will also lead a Future Proof session titled “Visual Storytelling: The Psychology of Persuasion in Client Meetings.” The presentation will focus on how advisors can use visual communication to explain investment concepts, frame portfolio risk and support client decision-making.
The combination of bond analytics, AI-enabled workflows and client communication tools illustrates how YCharts is broadening beyond traditional investment research. The platform increasingly connects the analytical work performed by advisors with portfolio construction and the materials used in client conversations.
That integration is particularly relevant for advisory firms looking to increase the number of households they can serve without adding equivalent administrative workload. Automating portions of proposal creation and portfolio analysis while keeping investment data in a shared platform can reduce movement between separate systems and make research more directly usable in client workflows.
YCharts said its decade of Inc. 5000 appearances reflects the continued adoption of that operating model among financial professionals. Alongside its 2026 industry award recognition and new AI capabilities, the latest ranking gives the company another milestone as it continues expanding the technology infrastructure supporting investment research and wealth management workflows.
