As a Senior Pricing & Costing Analyst, you will deliver pricing strategies, maintain cost data, and support sales through optimal pricing methods while managing a team of junior analysts.

Provide end-to-end HR generalist support with emphasis on payroll administration, employee relations, immigration sponsorship compliance, HR systems (PeopleHR/Paycircle), data reporting and process automation, onboarding/induction, pension and vetting administration, and advising managers and employees on HR policy and statutory requirements.

Lead the billing product for flexibility offerings by translating commercial propositions into deliverable billing requirements, managing the backlog, supporting testing and releases, ensuring accurate reconciliation and revenue assurance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, transparent billing solutions.

Manage and optimise electricity and gas settlement processes: resolve industry exceptions (XOSERVE, ELEXON, REC), reconcile customer accounts, work with large industry dataflows and stakeholders (BSC, DC/DA/MOP/DNO/MAM), improve NHH/HH settlement performance and support audits and regulatory tasks.

Manage and resolve metering queries within SLAs, liaise with internal and external teams, document actions, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain accurate customer records to ensure a high-quality customer journey and continuous process improvement.

Provide operational support within the Supplier Relations team: triage and prioritise tickets, diagnose account discrepancies, handle inbox queries, record information in systems, support Legal and Debt teams with case and dispute management, and process compliance payments while meeting deadlines and developing workplace skills.

Manage a portfolio of Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) in SME and Mid-Market sectors, overseeing onboarding, billing, revenue and cash performance, and Smart Install bookings. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, identify risks and opportunities, support projects end-to-end, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive partner engagement and retention.
