Lead the billing product for flexibility offerings by translating commercial propositions into deliverable billing requirements, managing the backlog, supporting testing and releases, ensuring accurate reconciliation and revenue assurance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, transparent billing solutions.

Manage end-to-end billing portfolio: resolve customer billing queries to SLA, maintain billing systems, set up multi-site accounts, liaise with internal teams and external agents, produce billing statistics, support UAT and process improvements, and meet weekly/monthly targets.
