Lead and mentor analysts while shaping data strategy, governance, analytics, reporting, and visualization. Develop Python and SQL-based solutions using Snowflake and connect data warehouse systems to Power BI and Tableau. Partner with stakeholders and Risk and Compliance teams to resolve data issues, improve processes, maintain data quality, and deliver actionable dashboards and performance metrics.

Manage and resolve metering queries within SLAs, liaise with internal and external teams, document actions, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain accurate customer records to ensure a high-quality customer journey and continuous process improvement.

Lead the billing product for flexibility offerings by translating commercial propositions into deliverable billing requirements, managing the backlog, supporting testing and releases, ensuring accurate reconciliation and revenue assurance, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, transparent billing solutions.
