The role also includes architecture participation, code reviews, peer coaching, and internal training in a hybrid Montreal engineering environment.

Leads the company’s cloud and DevOps strategy across AWS and GCP, managing infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, automation, CI/CD, observability, disaster recovery, and cloud costs. The role leads and mentors DevOps and cloud engineering teams, establishes SRE metrics, advances Kubernetes and containerization, ensures compliance, and supports emerging MLOps and AI infrastructure needs.

Own AI value delivery for enterprise customers, including custom localization workflow proofs of concept, API integrations, AI-first workflow design, technical onboarding, optimization, and change management. Translate customer needs into measurable business value, improve AI feature adoption and ROI, and provide production feedback to product and R&D teams. The role combines LLM and localization expertise with consultative communication and commercial problem-solving.
