Own the customer relationship from quotation through shipment readiness. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear commercial scope, contractual assumptions, approvals, and delivery preparation. Lead engineering standards, reliability, FEA center of excellence, and Six Sigma continuous improvement across multi-site manufacturing. Implement design governance, reliability programs (FMEA, accelerated life testing), verification/validation, KPIs, and training to improve product quality, manufacturability, and engineering efficiency for mission-critical thermal management products.

Analyze production costs, material consumption, labor, and overhead to assess project profitability. Post and reconcile inventory transactions in the ERP weekly, maintain cost models and dashboards, and support inventory valuation and control to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Lead sourcing strategy for steel, aluminum, copper, and fabricated metal components. Manage commodity pricing via CRU Index agreements and hedging, source mills and service centers, qualify fabricators, negotiate long-term contracts, drive value engineering and cost reduction, and maintain supplier performance for quality, delivery, cost, and capacity.

Lead commercial and strategic management of electrical and electronic commodities: develop category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, partner with engineering on new product introductions and value engineering, monitor market and supplier performance, qualify new suppliers, and drive cost reduction and supply continuity in a manufacturing environment.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for large HVAC/refrigeration systems, drive root-cause investigations, manage commissioning/validation, translate field failures into engineering improvements, update CAD drawings and SOPs, and support field technicians with real-time guidance.

Design and document electrical schematics, select components, create wiring and assembly drawings, and collaborate with mechanical, production, quality, and suppliers to ensure manufacturable, safe, and reliable products. Maintain BOMs and design documentation, support design reviews, and implement product improvements throughout the project lifecycle.

Support deployment and continuous improvement of integrated Quality and HSE management systems at the Mesa manufacturing site. Maintain documentation, support NCRs/CAPAs, audits, inspections, KPI tracking, incident reporting, risk assessments, and cross-functional alignment to ensure compliance and process performance.

Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for large-scale HVAC and refrigeration systems in data centers. Manage commissioning and validation, translate field failures into engineering fixes, update CAD drawings, improve SOPs and service documentation, and support field technicians with real-time technical guidance. Travel up to 20%.

Hands-on production leader overseeing assembly operations: manage and coach operators, enforce safety and quality, meet production schedules, drive continuous improvement and standard work, track outputs and prepare regular production reports, and coordinate cross-functional production flow.

Lead site quality strategy and team for Saint-Hubert manufacturing, ensure ISO 9001 and HVAC compliance, run audits, develop inspection/testing protocols, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, analyze quality data, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product and process issues.

Lead design, integration and validation of electrical systems for data-center HVAC and liquid cooling products. Create 3D electrical models, single/three-line drawings, panels, wiring harnesses, BOMs, and documentation. Ensure NEC/UL/CSA compliance, support prototyping, testing, field installations, and cross-functional integration while managing complex projects, configuration control and occasional site travel.

Lead multi-program execution from feasibility through shipment for complex manufactured HVAC/industrial systems. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and service to meet schedules, cost targets and quality standards. Implement Product Program Management governance, drive DFM/industrialization, validate manufacturing readiness, support production, manage post-shipment issues, and deliver cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement.

Lead design, develop, and deploy control systems for centrifugal chillers in data center cooling. Architect control logic, select PLC hardware and sensors, implement Modbus/BACnet communications, lead testing/commissioning, perform diagnostics, optimize system performance, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide administrative support to the Strategic Sourcing team including supplier recordkeeping, document and contract control, RFQ distribution and tracking, audit support, ERP reporting and dashboards, meeting coordination, and continuous improvement of sourcing processes.

Define system requirements and lead mechanical structural design for cabinet systems. Perform FEA and validate structural integrity, develop automated design methods and guidelines, ensure on-cost/on-time delivery, and collaborate with sourcing, production, after-sales, and external engineering suppliers.

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple complex customer programs from feasibility through shipment readiness. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service; enforce readiness gates (G1–G6); validate manufacturability; manage BOM, materials, FAT, and documentation; own post-shipment deficiency resolution; establish program governance and deploy Product Program Management operating model to improve manufacturing readiness and delivery performance.
