Lead logistics and material‑flow improvements across manufacturing: design and implement end‑to‑end logistics strategies, deploy logistics IT (Epicor, Zebra scanners), run Lean/Six Sigma continuous‑improvement projects, train staff, and support warehousing, equipment selection, and production teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure material availability.

Support financial forecasting, perform profitability and monthly variance analyses, ensure correct cost accounting, develop tools to monitor expenditures, improve financial data quality, and collaborate with operations and stakeholders. Report to the Financial Controller and maintain up-to-date forecasts.

Drive Lean thinking and deploy the XNRGY Management System across shifts to improve manufacturing performance. Coach and mentor frontline leaders, develop and deliver Lean training, facilitate Kaizen events, support cross-functional problem solving, and track XMS KPIs (HSE, Quality, Productivity, People Development, Cost).

Manage invoice processing, 3-way matching, vendor payments, reconciliations, expense report review, AP sub-ledger maintenance, month-end close support, vendor communication, and ad hoc accounting projects.

Own the customer relationship from quotation through shipment readiness. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear commercial scope, contractual assumptions, approvals, and delivery preparation. Manage customer communications, expectations, risk identification, issue resolution, and lead project kickoffs and status reviews.

Lead engineering standards, reliability, FEA center of excellence, and Six Sigma continuous improvement across multi-site manufacturing. Implement design governance, reliability programs (FMEA, accelerated life testing), verification/validation, KPIs, and training to improve product quality, manufacturability, and engineering efficiency for mission-critical thermal management products.

Analyze production costs, material consumption, labor, and overhead to assess project profitability. Post and reconcile inventory transactions in the ERP weekly, maintain cost models and dashboards, and support inventory valuation and control to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Prepare accurate electrical schematics, wiring and assembly drawings, BOMs, and layouts; support mechanical integration and 3D models; select components and work with suppliers; collaborate with production and quality to resolve manufacturing issues; maintain documentation and participate in design reviews.

Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, Application Engineering, and Finance to translate negotiated component pricing into accurate unit cost models, maintain BOM and pricing databases, support proposal cost insights, analyze supplier quotes and market trends, and drive cost transparency across AHU programs in a US/Canada manufacturing environment.

Lead commercial and strategic management of electrical and electronic commodities: develop category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, partner with engineering on new product introductions and value engineering, monitor market and supplier performance, qualify new suppliers, and drive cost reduction and supply continuity in a manufacturing environment.

Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for large HVAC/refrigeration systems, drive root-cause investigations, manage commissioning/validation, translate field failures into engineering improvements, update CAD drawings and SOPs, and support field technicians with real-time guidance.

Lead manufacturing process engineering for a high-volume HVAC plant: own value streams, drive safety and lean improvements, deploy MES/ERP and automation (PLC/HMI), optimize equipment OEE, design jigs/fixtures and SOPs, and build a high-performing engineering team to improve throughput, quality, and inventory accuracy.

Lead end-to-end industrialization of complex ETO/CTO and high-mix products: drive DFM, develop manufacturing readiness plans, define processes/tooling/capacity, manage CNC nesting, coordinate pilot builds and ramp-ups, implement engineering changes, and standardize scalable industrialization practices while ensuring quality, cost, safety, and delivery.

Support deployment and continuous improvement of integrated Quality and HSE management systems at the Mesa manufacturing site. Maintain documentation, support NCRs/CAPAs, audits, inspections, KPI tracking, incident reporting, risk assessments, and cross-functional alignment to ensure compliance and process performance.

Lead site quality strategy and team for Saint-Hubert manufacturing, ensure ISO 9001 and HVAC compliance, run audits, develop inspection/testing protocols, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, analyze quality data, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product and process issues.

Lead and deliver manufacturing engineering projects for complex ETO/CTO HVAC products: design tooling/fixtures, optimize assembly and processes, implement improvements, manage supplier coordination and production validation, maintain manufacturing standards, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Provide on-site product engineering support at the Mesa factory: troubleshoot production issues, own ECR/ECN process, update drawings/EBOMs, coordinate with Montreal engineering, implement corrective actions, and report on operations to maintain product quality and minimize escalations.

Define system requirements and lead mechanical structural design for cabinet systems. Perform FEA and validate structural integrity, develop automated design methods and guidelines, ensure on-cost/on-time delivery, and collaborate with sourcing, production, after-sales, and external engineering suppliers.

Provide administrative support to the Strategic Sourcing team including supplier recordkeeping, document and contract control, RFQ distribution and tracking, audit support, ERP reporting and dashboards, meeting coordination, and continuous improvement of sourcing processes.

Lead multi-program execution from feasibility through shipment for complex manufactured HVAC/industrial systems. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and service to meet schedules, cost targets and quality standards. Implement Product Program Management governance, drive DFM/industrialization, validate manufacturing readiness, support production, manage post-shipment issues, and deliver cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement.
