Lead design, program, test, commission, and optimize Siemens-based PLC control systems for HVAC, compression, and data center applications. Develop HMI/SCADA and database integrations, perform diagnostics and commissioning, apply thermodynamics and controls engineering to improve efficiency, and mentor junior controls engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Hands-on production leader overseeing assembly operations: manage and coach operators, enforce safety and quality, meet production schedules, drive continuous improvement and standard work, track outputs and prepare regular production reports, and coordinate cross-functional production flow.

Lead site quality strategy and team for Saint-Hubert manufacturing, ensure ISO 9001 and HVAC compliance, run audits, develop inspection/testing protocols, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, analyze quality data, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product and process issues.

Lead end-to-end manufacturing execution for new product introductions, managing integrated NPI schedules, cross-functional coordination, manufacturing readiness (tooling, pilot builds, capacity), cost and risk management, process improvement, and launch-to-volume ramp. Lead end-to-end execution of multiple complex, customer-tied programs across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service. Validate feasibility, drive design industrialization, ensure manufacturing readiness, support production and shipment handover, manage post-shipment deficiencies, and deploy the Product Program Management operating model with strong cross-functional governance.

Analyze HVAC field performance data (alarms, sensor logs, control outputs, service reports) to identify failure patterns and root causes; structure unstructured field data; develop dashboards and reports; collaborate with technicians and engineers to improve product reliability, documentation, and field data collection.

Lead technical troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for large-scale HVAC and refrigeration systems in data centers. Manage commissioning and validation, translate field failures into engineering fixes, update CAD drawings, improve SOPs and service documentation, and support field technicians with real-time technical guidance. Travel up to 20%.
