Responsibilities include line balancing, capacity analysis, MES work instructions, tooling and equipment standards, factory layout optimization, PFMEA and control plans, CapEx projects, NPI support, root cause analysis, corrective actions, production data analysis, and mentoring engineering and production teams.

Coordinates bids, RFPs, equipment selections, pricing, quotes, CRM records, ERP sales orders, staged releases, shipments, storage, and change orders. Reviews purchase orders, maintains audit trails, monitors data quality, supports pipeline reporting, and communicates across Sales, Engineering, Planning, Production, Service, Finance, customers, contractors, and representatives. Also researches product and competitor information and maintains technical references and templates.

Leads and develops a manufacturing procurement team while overseeing sourcing, supplier relationships, negotiations, purchase orders, inventory coordination, risk mitigation, cost reduction, supplier performance, compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with planning, production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and operational efficiency. Manages procurement KPIs, supplier corrective actions, ERP usage, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead site quality strategy and team for Saint-Hubert manufacturing, ensure ISO 9001 and HVAC compliance, run audits, develop inspection/testing protocols, implement Lean/Six Sigma improvements, analyze quality data, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve product and process issues.

Lead and deliver manufacturing engineering projects for complex ETO/CTO HVAC products: design tooling/fixtures, optimize assembly and processes, implement improvements, manage supplier coordination and production validation, maintain manufacturing standards, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple complex customer programs from feasibility through shipment readiness. Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service; enforce readiness gates (G1–G6); validate manufacturability; manage BOM, materials, FAT, and documentation; own post-shipment deficiency resolution; establish program governance and deploy Product Program Management operating model to improve manufacturing readiness and delivery performance.

Lead multi-program execution from feasibility through shipment for complex manufactured HVAC/industrial systems. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality and service to meet schedules, cost targets and quality standards. Implement Product Program Management governance, drive DFM/industrialization, validate manufacturing readiness, support production, manage post-shipment issues, and deliver cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement.

Protects plant production from supplier quality disruptions by monitoring supplier performance, leading containment and corrective actions, managing non-conformances, assessing supplier risks, supporting launches and engineering changes, maintaining quality documentation, and collaborating with suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and quality teams. The role uses 8D, 5-Why, root cause analysis, SPC, PFMEA, and control plans to prevent recurring defects and production interruptions.

Develop technical, manufacturable HVAC and data-center air handling solutions; support sales bids, prepare engineering documentation and BOMs, coordinate submittals, manage engineering changes, assist production and field teams, and drive continuous improvement.

Support financial forecasting, perform profitability and monthly variance analyses, ensure correct cost accounting, develop tools to monitor expenditures, improve financial data quality, and collaborate with operations and stakeholders. Report to the Financial Controller and maintain up-to-date forecasts.

Drive Lean thinking and deploy the XNRGY Management System across shifts to improve manufacturing performance. Coach and mentor frontline leaders, develop and deliver Lean training, facilitate Kaizen events, support cross-functional problem solving, and track XMS KPIs (HSE, Quality, Productivity, People Development, Cost).

Own the customer relationship from quotation through shipment readiness. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear commercial scope, contractual assumptions, approvals, and delivery preparation. Manage customer communications, expectations, risk identification, issue resolution, and lead project kickoffs and status reviews.

Serve as the primary liaison between Procurement, Application Engineering, and Finance to translate negotiated component pricing into accurate unit cost models, maintain BOM and pricing databases, support proposal cost insights, analyze supplier quotes and market trends, and drive cost transparency across AHU programs in a US/Canada manufacturing environment.

Lead commercial and strategic management of electrical and electronic commodities: develop category strategies, negotiate with suppliers, partner with engineering on new product introductions and value engineering, monitor market and supplier performance, qualify new suppliers, and drive cost reduction and supply continuity in a manufacturing environment.

Lead manufacturing process engineering for a high-volume HVAC plant: own value streams, drive safety and lean improvements, deploy MES/ERP and automation (PLC/HMI), optimize equipment OEE, design jigs/fixtures and SOPs, and build a high-performing engineering team to improve throughput, quality, and inventory accuracy.
