Provides comprehensive administrative support to site leadership by managing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing documents and meetings, handling communications and confidential records, processing expenses and invoices, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting office operations and special projects.

Leads mechanical development of CRAH and air-side cooling products from concept through production release. Creates and approves 3D models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documentation; supports NPI, prototypes, production ramp-up, and manufacturing implementation. Provides technical leadership, resolves product and field issues through root-cause analysis, manages engineering changes, and collaborates with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, service, and suppliers. Requires extensive HVAC or mechanical product development experience and strong SolidWorks or Creo skills.

Designs production-ready electrical cabinets, control-panel enclosures, sheet-metal assemblies, and component-mounting systems for cooling equipment. Creates 3D models, detailed drawings, electrical layouts, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers throughout product development, from prototypes through production launch. Supports builds, troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, configuration control, design reviews, and product improvements while considering manufacturability, safety, serviceability, ventilation, and cost.
