Manage procurement pricing programs across procurement, engineering, and finance teams. Translate supplier pricing into unit cost models, maintain pricing databases and BOM structures, support proposal development, analyze supplier quotes and market trends, validate cost assumptions, and improve cost transparency. The role requires cross-functional stakeholder management in a dual-country HVAC manufacturing environment, with emphasis on tariffs, cost control, supplier strategy, and margin protection.

Supports financial analysis for ongoing projects, including budget-to-actual variance analysis, profitability analysis, balance sheet reviews, cost accounting, financial data improvement, forecasting updates, and corrective action recommendations. The intern also assists the Financial Controller with priority initiatives, develops financial tracking tools, collaborates with stakeholders, and communicates forecast impacts. The role requires analytical, organizational, problem-solving, teamwork, bilingual French and English communication, and Excel skills.

Analyze production costs, material consumption, labor, and overhead to assess project profitability. Post and reconcile inventory transactions in the ERP weekly, maintain cost models and dashboards, and support inventory valuation and control to ensure accurate financial reporting.
