Lead development, validation, and implementation of welding and brazing processes for precision, leak-free assemblies. Manage NPI, DFM workshops, equipment selection (robotic/automated), PFMEAs, WPS/BPS, inspection protocols, operator training, and continuous improvement for scalable, compliant manufacturing.

Design and document electrical schematics and layouts for industrial air treatment and cooling systems. Collaborate with mechanical, production, quality, and suppliers to select components, resolve manufacturing issues, maintain BOMs and PLM/ERP records, and ensure compliance with standards. Support design reviews, create wiring/cabling and assembly drawings, and contribute to product improvements and customer-facing technical solutions.

Support deployment and continuous improvement of integrated Quality and HSE management systems at the Mesa manufacturing site. Maintain documentation, support NCRs/CAPAs, audits, inspections, KPI tracking, incident reporting, risk assessments, and cross-functional alignment to ensure compliance and process performance.
