Develops interactive charts, dashboards, tables, and other visualizations from congressional, legislative, ERP, and analytical data. Creates dynamic visual products using D3, HTML, JavaScript, Qlik, SAP Lumira, queries, and stored procedures. Partners with DLA stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver agile enterprise visualizations, support executive reporting, and provide rapid insights for briefings and strategic decisions.

Reviews and validates congressional and legislative data, consolidates information for analysis, identifies trends and data-quality issues, and produces recurring and ad hoc reports for executive leadership. The role also maintains documentation, user materials, training content, data-review procedures, and reporting processes while coordinating with staff to resolve data issues and support task-order delivery.

Leads delivery of a DLA Legislative Affairs task order involving data analysis, visualization, recurring and ad hoc reporting, and executive support. Manages scope, schedules, resources, deliverables, risks, stakeholder communications, contract administration, status reporting, reviews, onboarding, and customer coordination. Requires project-management certification, at least five years of relevant and leadership experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and current IT-II clearance or NACLC.
