Translate complex robotics, AI, and data infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives for technical and business audiences.

Leads the build-out and operation of XDOF’s LATAM robotics data-collection network in Mexico or Brazil. Responsibilities include expanding collection venues, sourcing partnerships, recruiting and managing field teams, deploying and maintaining hardware, optimizing operational efficiency, monitoring data quality, and converting market learnings into reusable SOPs and playbooks.

Support the CEO and occasionally the CTO and COO by managing calendars, communications, priorities, information flow, travel, logistics, meetings, and follow-through. The Executive Assistant will improve executive effectiveness through judgment, discretion, AI tools, automation, and lightweight operating systems. Additional support includes company planning, marketing, leadership meetings, offsites, events, recruiting, and onboarding.

Develop robot perception systems for human pose estimation, 3D vision, sensor calibration, visual SLAM, multimodal synchronization, and 6DoF pose estimation. Train and optimize perception models for embedded deployment using TensorRT and CUDA, build automated annotation and quality-assurance pipelines, and connect perception accuracy with robot training outcomes. Collaborate with robotics, machine learning, and data infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality annotations for teleoperation and embodied AI systems.

Full-cycle technical recruiter partnering with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and close candidates across engineering, operations, and business functions. Build pipelines, manage ATS, create structured interviews, report recruiting metrics, and ensure excellent candidate experience while representing company mission.

Serve as primary customer-facing leader driving technical alignment, cross-team delivery, onboarding, and operational excellence. Build systems and dashboards, track SLAs and account health, resolve issues with engineering, and create scalable processes to grow long-term B2B partnerships.

Source and engage passive senior technical candidates for robotics, data infrastructure, and product engineering roles. Develop sourcing strategies, own outreach messaging, manage top-of-funnel pipeline, track metrics, and partner with founders and hiring managers to build hiring processes and tooling.
