Build and scale an international robotics data acquisition network across emerging markets. Source venues and strategic local agencies, optimize lead-generation funnels, evaluate deployment environments, coordinate hardware installation and calibration, and establish reliable data pipelines. Manage vendor training, SLAs, KPIs, verification, and anti-fraud controls while translating robotics and embodied AI data requirements into field operations. Requires international growth or field operations experience, partner management, technical data fluency, language skills, and frequent travel.

Builds production-grade systems from research prototypes across perception, machine learning, and data infrastructure. Responsibilities include optimizing CPU, memory, and GPU performance; writing CUDA kernels; integrating research code with testing and observability; containerizing workloads with Docker; and deploying reliable software on real-time or embedded hardware. Requires strong C++, CUDA, Python, Linux, and ML framework skills, plus experience shipping production systems and optimizing inference.

Support the CEO and occasionally the CTO and COO by managing calendars, communications, priorities, information flow, travel, logistics, meetings, and follow-through. The Executive Assistant will improve executive effectiveness through judgment, discretion, AI tools, automation, and lightweight operating systems. Additional support includes company planning, marketing, leadership meetings, offsites, events, recruiting, and onboarding.
