Design, deploy, configure, and support Fortinet FortiGate firewalls for enterprise clients. Conduct proofs of concept, product demonstrations, client evaluations, and technical pre-sales activities. Troubleshoot complex firewall and network issues, integrate security infrastructure with SIEM, endpoint, and cloud platforms, and document configurations and procedures. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams while maintaining current Fortinet technology knowledge.

Provides Level 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, applications, and network connectivity.
